HOW I WORK

Curiosity first.
Then a plan.

01

Find the real problem.

Understand the business, the customer and what would actually make a difference.

02

Bring people together.

Connect the right teams around a shared opportunity and clear incentives.

03

Move it forward.

Turn the conversation into a practical next step, with owners and a reason to act.

02 / THE PERSON

Business is built on trust.
Technology gives it reach.

A builder.
A connector.
Always curious.

A GLOBAL OUTLOOK

I’m Daniel Serb. I work where technology, people and commercial opportunity meet.

Since joining Elrond in 2018, I’ve helped develop the relationships and commercial direction behind MultiversX. That journey has taken me from business development and marketing to leading global partnerships and representing the team on international stages.

Today, my work at Finance Computer brings that experience into the next chapter: helping businesses understand what becomes possible when financial services become part of their own products.

I like honest conversations, ambitious ideas and people who follow through. The best work starts with understanding what matters to the person on the other side of the table.
